Both standard liposuction and power-assisted liposuction successfully remove diet and exercise-resistant fat pockets from nearly anywhere in the body!
During power-assisted liposuction, incisions are still made, and a cannula is still inserted. However, with power-assisted,
the extraction tool is motorized, meaning that it vibrates automatically beneath the skin’s surface to
break up the fat. This motorized process makes the surgery less invasive, reducing pain
and recovery time.
